Shipping & Returns

METHODS OF PAYMENT

Continental US - Visa/MC, American Express, Discover processed by Square. PayPal is also available. Personal Checks, Bank Checks or Money Orders are accepted. There will be a $35.00 charge on all returned checks. Please make Checks & Money Orders payable to Designing Ways.

International - PayPal, Visa/MC, American Express, Discover processed by Square.

Please Note: For custom orders a deposit is required before work is begun.

SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 2-3 business days from receipt of the order. If payment is by personal check your order will be shipped once payment has cleared. Please check show schedule when placing orders. If we are away, orders will be shipped as soon as possible when I return. We use US Postal Service for our shipping. I will notify you by email or telephone of any delay in completing your order. 

Postage and Shipping charges within the US are as follows based on cost of your order:

Up to $50.00 = $7.00
$51.00 - $100 = $10.00
$101.00 - $200 = $14.00

Over $200 = Free shipping

Postage and Shipping charges to Canada & Mexico are as follows based on cost of your order:

Orders up to $100 = $12.00
Orders over $100 = $16.00

For all other International orders I will contact you via e-mail within a few days of placing your order with a quote for shipping charges. Once the shipping rate has been approved, billed and paid, your order will be shipped.

RETURNS

I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Designing Ways. Please contact me by phone or email within 10 days of receipt of your order. I will work with you to make it right! All items returned must be in the same condition in which they were received with original packaging. Refunds will not include shipping charges. You must contact me before you return an item. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless there was damage in shipping.

Custom Orders may not be returned unless damaged in shipping.
